Hugh Hewit Couldn't Call A Cab... Let Alone Elections, Let The Voters Vote!

Photobucket

It would seem that esteemed conservative pundit and consummate Buckeye Hugh Hewitt is starting up his spin machine against former Arkasas Govenor Mike Huckabee and Arizona Senator John McCain, however... he hasn't taken into consideration the RNC left none of its constituents with real choices... all for a blind tirade in favor of Mitt Romney? Excuse me... Mitt "Anti-Reagan" Romney? Ok, maybe Mitt's tooth polish is blinding you and rendering your ability to think on the fly mute. If I can remember Fred Thompson and Duncan Hunter were the only real choices we had, and did they stand behind them, no... somehow infected by the notoriety game the left is blindly possessed with we are left with frosting rather than cake.  Now the real question standards to be answered, is Mike Huckabee electable... and regardless of wether or not I agree or not, he is. If he is still in the race and coming in as the strong third... he is electable. What folks have to remember is if we gain a republican majority - the president is controllable. If Huckabee somehow gets the nomination the nation will be forced to look at thing in the light of what America really needs to deal with... with the supposition that if God truly rules in the affairs of men, He will be driving home the importance of pro-life issues, national sovereignty... same sex issues etc.  Greed has been an issue from day one so is not the high issue on the totem pole. Bill Clinton's big "F" America with granting China "most favored trade" status and allowing a nation who [before such time] couldn't afford to build a nuke - now is illegally propping their currency, buying up ours and tipping the trade deficit in their favor.  All on our watch with no answer from either side of the political isle - this is a huge matter of national security, McCain is inept in that area, and Romney [bless his heart] is untested. The only thing we have to go on is his past record which is flip-flopish at best.

Hugh... you couldn't call the liberal upheaval two years ago, and you are missing the point now.  I am not a huge supporter of Huckabee, but it is a personal choice to vote for whom you feel a stronger tie to that you cast a vote for. Right now Christians are the most maligned people in society that happen to be the most productive and it shouldn't be that way... that is being maligned.  We haven't had a good model in the Oval Office yet, and it may be the right time for him... who knows, but you aren't helping. One thing is for sure, I trust neither Romney, nor McCain to run this country... Huckabee is bright, and if it came down to him, he absolutely can handle Hillary, and Obama in a straight out debate on the issues, the left has platitude, not platform. We will triumph in the end. Our framers left us a two party system for a reason because one is either right, or wrong on a given issue and no room is given for fence sitting [a third party approach]... may I suggest you withdraw the fangs a little and let your Calvinist virtue be a bit more visible than [perhaps] Mormon tactical clarity? Mike Huckabee has the right mind and right heart for the country... the office of President isn't the whole government, but the voice of a direction. Coincidentally, the number 8 in the Bible is the number of new beginnings - Christ was risen on the first day of the new week - or the eight day.  This is a dire stretch for America if we get it wrong, I'd rather have a man in the office that know's how to get on his knee's and invite the Wisdom of God Almighty, rather the cynical rantings of mired in conventional wisdom... when push came to shove, but it should never come to that.

08' Democrat John Edwards Bows Out

Photobucket

The smiling trial attorney, devout socialist, and leading proponent for quality haircare products John Edwards has announced though private exchanges with the Associated Press and higher ups in his campaign base that he is officially bowing out of his bid to become the democrat nominee for president in 2008. Though he has not stated a specific endorsement he is expected to stand behind Barrack Obama in a future announcement. From a conservative strategic standpoint - one less neo-socialist in the race is fantastic as we watch the nutter salad implode around the Billary camps licentious attack policies on other candidates. However also is the quiet expectation that Edward's dropping out would actually help them by not splitting the white vote. Since the Billary camp has engaged in some of the most blatant ethnic bias politics, they have one less hand in the mix according to a Clinton camp insider. One thing for sure, liberals on the far left have exposed their racist face in this campaign. They just use black voters, and black voters have [by-in-large] have been ignored their invitations this election phase as more and more black voters defy demographics and polarizing statistics to show a more individual reflection of their personal beliefs in politics. More on this as it becomes available, but this is expected [as you might consider] to have far reaching implications during this campaign.

I Don't Want To Have To Vote For Huckabee, Romney or McCain... The RNC Failed Us!

Photobucket

It would seem that from a distance the democrats were better prepared at offering American voters six-and-half- of a very different dozen. This is the first time in our nation's history the left has offered a virtual cornucopia of leftist ideologues from the very socialist to flat out fascist. While the conservatives are suffering from a self inflicted identity crisis brought on by historical reflection. While the stunner was Barack Obama winning a stunning victory in South Carolina [... go figure?] many social conservatives are wondering where to place their confidences. And what the heck was up with Fred Thompson's honeymoon with voters that left a bad taste in many would-be voters minds as the race really hadn't got under way yet. There were many delegates yet to be cast and he just walked away from those who felt [and reality is starting to reveal that] he was just beginning to get warmed up and totally abandoned them - the sad thing is he could have picked up major steam as Romney and Giuliani are starting to fizzle just as this pundit predicted. Maybe perhaps Thompson suffered from a Reagan-esque primadonna complex thinking somehow the electorate would come running to him because of his acting credentials and he would just coddle them together into some euphoric neo-con upheaval, his bowing out was pathetic as it was telling.

Huckabee is not a true social conservative though many American's love his character... any man who ends up being governor of Arkansas [aka State of Ole' Bill] coul dnto have ever been elected by being anything short of a socialist in spending. That is where he is running into issues on finanicing right now... many are done with Bush type big goverment spending so thereforehe is in a bit of a tryst. Hillary is backing her self into the corner she belongs in... unelectable.  Having Ole' Bill as the pitbull while she pawns herself off as anything but the adgenda oriented leftist she actually is far too little way too late.  If American was going to put a woman in the Whitehouse.... she is 180 degrees in the opposite direction.  As for Rudiani and Romney, well I believe Arnold Schwarzenegger laid the ground work on how to divide an conquer in the opposing party running RINO, when you don't want to run in the party you should have run in but probably could beat. Neither Romney nor Rudy Giuliani are true social conservatives. Romney is a polished as teflon... and his own Mormon values don't even stick to him.  Rudiani simply isn't buyable as a social conservative... as any red-blooded American with a half ounce of left-brain acuity can be hawkish on Iraq without a cue card. He's done... and I mean that, kaput.  So, who can American conservatives vote for... the one man who was truly qualified dropped out... that is to say Duncan Hunter [R. Ca]. While Thompson supporters feel sucker punched, it would seem the democratic strategy of flooding the market with cheap neo-marxist knock-off's may get them another nutter in the Whitehouse.

Sad to say but at this point, there doesn't seem to a real electable conservative in the RNC ranks.... and they really deserve it too. they need to stop selling their candidates and start giving the people who they want, at least the liberal crowd gets that. I as a conservative voter as well as a follower of Christ don't want to have to be forced to vote for people who are not equipped well enought for the job for the day we are living in.  Huckabee is the wrong Christian for the job... plain and simple. McCain is a Kennedy democrat in RNC clothing, if these were Reagan days he'd be exposed for what is really is. Romney is a fraud and so is Rudiani. Simply put - we got abandoned by Thompson, and have no credible republican candidate for the Oval office next January... pathetic.
