Do Republicans Miss the Point on What's Underneath Kerry's Comments?

The missing link [as it were] between democrats and their actual ability to hold a majority anywhere other than say... a coffeehouse poll, or Harvard Law School is their inability to govern. They lost the last presidential election because accountability was clearly absent from their platform, and there are plenty of nutter brothers in the Lord out there [bless their misguided hearts] from a distance for ticket affirmation... so they [in the most antiseptic manner possible] approach the church for support. Without accountability and the moral integrity that goes along with it you will fail to understand the institutions that keep a country strong, productive and less fooled around with by the world view minions on the left.

Republicans need to not focus on his non-tactical error, he meant what he said... because John Kerry is a nutter. The DNC is out of money... all they can is trust is that their friends in arms the media will carry the banner for them as they have in the past. Look, their principal currency is deceipt, so as long as they feel pressed to do so, they will lie [ala' MJF Parkinson's ad... truly pathetic] or make blatantly vitriolic statements such as Kerry's. The most hurtful thing is that he is a sitting State Senator [Maine], see why God says lay off the shellfish? This man has openly insulted men and women who truly risk more everyday than a heartless leftocrat like Kerry could muster to put on the line. This much is true, the dems must think their followers  [excuse me...] voters are stupid. When the time comes to vote... they leave hollywood in the theaters and vote for strong defense and working infrastructure.  Not gay bars on school property and abortion on demand bookmobiles.  Stay the course... keep the message strong and focused, in the end you can only lie for a season.

Think We Can't? Constitutional Amendments Governing Errant Judicial Rulings Against The Nature of the Constitution

[Edited...lol]

It has been established throughout the history of our great nation that we have had a system of checks and balances based on fair, ethical clear moral sensibilities structured on historical evidences and spiritual principles that have spanned the ages and proven themselves beneficial and reliable to any productive body politic that employs them. However, this circuit court judge that handed down the most glaringly arrogant and biased ruling in the New Jersey case and the New Orleans Circuit Court of Appeals... both, with the commentary in his opinion that the electorate was employing "value judgments" was out of line... and senseless, and antithetical to the best traditions of our culture and law here in America.

The question remains, how are we as a people to negate the amoral rantings of an overtly biased and obviously vitriolic left leaning judges as advocates in our judiciary flagrantly bypassing referendum in lieu of their nutter agendas? When has it ever been this blatant? When we can clearly see what it is they are doing, yet we fail to act to interdict these rulings that are counterproductive to society, they become [soft] precedents. Once this occurs it becomes harder to fight it within the flexibility established within constitutional limits. We have been dealing with this since Marbury vs. Madison.  When we have the ability to hog tie their actions and prevent them from allowing this country to be controlled by a vicious and fascist minority clearly set outside of the bounds of a moral constitution shaping legal policy on social issues that are inherently socially self destructive, this simply just cannot be. They are openly acting outside of the moral guidelines of the spirit and the letter of our standing laws, this and common sense, which seems to be as rare as fresh air in LA nowadays. They claim you cannot legislate morality... reality dictates an entirely different situation, without morals you cannot have law. You are left with "policies" and policies can be revised until you are blue in the face... there are no immutable over arching principles defining virtue and clarity in enforcement. Precisely what the left can life with, but exactly what no nation can stand and flourish on.

If we could trust that states rights could act within their sovereignty to not abate the will of the people or the nature of the constitution, this would be a non-issue, but [historically] it was democrats that sued for war to hold slavery legal, it was democrats after the war lobbying for separatist legislation barring equal participation in voting rights for black voters and other minorities, it was a more liberal mind that formed the ACLU an American Communist front, along with Margaret Sanger and her Planned Parenthood thugs... where have they varied from their roots? Not too far as we can see clearly what they don't' represent, and we can see who's not represented in their ranks. They always have been philosophizing social elitists, who are bigots by virtue of the myopic scope of who and what is socially acceptable to them. Clearly the one thing that has survived along with Platonic and Socratic self-worship is their propensity for immoral sexual indulgences. Today's deluxe reprobate mind is no different, however the price to be paid for engaging their ideals to risk of our own standing at present is a gamble no right-minded, morally balanced society can survive without.

Entertaining their ideals will destroy our nation if we let them, if we don't close the loopholes so visible to us on how they are undermining our federal laws and negatively impacting our nations future... we are doomed. We inherited this country, it is not an entitlement. What condition it is in is up to us... most people grow their inheritance, not run it into the ground. We have a moral duty to provide and maintain this great nation for future generations and we cannot do it stealing, we are stealing their futures by not acting; all because a few nutters want to live outside the bounds on decency. They are free to pretty much do that... they have far more freedom here and they know it, but they are the house guest that wants to take over the house; this is not America, is this not America?

A simple amendment covering two aspects of any federal, state and local elected officials and appointees. Their duties should include under penalty of treason for abating them are under an over arching umbrella of filtering out behavior that is not consistent with the nature of their elected posts, or engaging in activities that detract from or are in clear opposition to their stated duties. Whenever people are insulated... their natures come out completely if not balanced or rooted in the Word of God. These judges and appointees act with impunity to hasten their agenda into effect. It needs to emphasize:

  1. Legislators cannot author legislation that is not morally clear, and will have a negative impact on society and future generations as a whole.
  2. State and Federal Appointees may not rule against the best traditions, values and moral codec laid by the constitution. They will be held in contempt and punishment could be severe including sedition.
  3. End all tenured positions under the level of Supreme Court, that means education staffers as well. This will bring greater accountability to the people by-in-large.
  4. No piggy-backing legislation to dull the impact of the legislation.
Those simple steps will allow us to garner the reigns of our elected officials again and redirect our focus back on simple governance and provision on the long road toward reclaiming the road we started out on. We are federal lifestyle protection acgency, left needs to understand this clearly and that there are clear lines between what is right and what is wrong. The sooner we commit to this the sonner we'll improve our social climate here. As a nation with strong familiar values and morally clear basis for our legal system to provide the freedoms we all enjoy from day to day regardless of your ethnicity or what culture you associate with, we will all be able to exist together as good as man can knowing our natures. World Series: Detroit Looses... Have Faith?

In the bottom of the 8th inning a question of having faith came up as an issue of rooting for your team. Now I am from Ann Arbor[originally], so naturally I am a fan rooting for my team in Detroit. Now the others present were rooting for Saint Louis; they were recently endowed with a sense of empowerment when simpleminded errors committed Detroit advanced them in points. I seemed to started a fervor of faithfulness, in my case less. I noted that Detroit, though they played great in the regular season, failed to heat it up. Detroit's loosing was a combination of blatant management errors, and foolish errors in play.

In my estimation Detroit didn't' come to play when they lost game 1 at home... they didn't' have the heart, Leland grounded Rogers.. and continued to use the pitches that committed errors in such quantity never seen before in National League playoff history. Nothing can be said other than Detroit won just enough to get the St. Louis and loose; or was it the other teams were just bad enough for Detroit to win? On thing can be said they left a legacy of errors in the history books for failure to bring their best. When I was accused of not having faith... I quickly rifled back "faith is a tool..." adding " you use when you can use it" Just like a hammer, a hammer with a hand is useless... in other words. The hand is the ability.. The bible tells use that faith without works is dead. Thus saying faith without the ability [works] is going to net you nothing. God is a rational and powerfully logical God... we expend too much energy on superstitious misplacement of tools that were designed to actually work in concert with reality... and capability. Faith is not a mystical ideal... it is the application of known ability married with trust. That trust is in God's will meeting out desire in that matter or need. It is that simple... so when put in that light, the Red Seas parted, and a little light was shed. Not patting myself on the back, but part of supporting your teams is admitting when you are falling short. Detroit really won in many ways -- it took them 20 years to get there. This is a lesson they shall not soon forget. Jim Leland is a man of integrity and principle... he accepted responsibility for loosing the World Series, and rightly so, he should have... it was choice to not use Rogers to even out the series, then use the younger guns when you were safe to surge ahead. What made Leland think they had a chance... there is such a thing as a biorhythm that occurs in as much as their is a diminishing returns curve for number chances you can blow before your give it all away. Detroit met that curve and St. Louis gladly cashed it in for them.

The bright light for Detroit is not they can attract better prospects... and maybe revisit the prospect again. God can be with you, but you have to take the steps... It's our walk not His. Hats off to the Cards... and I look to see my team in the running again next year, they showed they are a contender, but now they have learned a lesson in making the right decisions at the right time.

It was a great series... for both teams, but the Cards came to win.

We Need Change in Our Parties Now... What is it Going to Take Bring... It?

When you look at our election standards, and you take a closer look at the parties and boil them down to what you can actually use, one begins to see a familiar image play out before us. Our party voices have grown stagnant and predictable... the same old players  year in and year out... the same old voice chiming in telling us who they are going to back, and if you are one of us, then you have to pick one of whoever it is they present. Sound familiar? let's take a look at business... you have so many voices until mergers and acquisitions stifle competitiveness, and then you are left with what? A monopoly.  A monopoly of basically two voices that [like in business] after a while at lest seem to be of equal size so they can't exactly over run one another.. so they invariably end up learning to live with each other, and it is that situation that breeds many ills that ar plaguing our electorate right now.

The democrats and the republicans both are suffering from congestive brain failure due to illicit political inbreeding. The candidates all come from their gilded [re]sources... they want to know where they came from so they know what they represent, who is connected to whom, and so forth. It is this bloggers opinion that neither party is going to benefit from larger voter turnout until they start getting more grassroots, and poke their heads out of their political cubby-holes.  People are who we elect, its real people who have real values... and are not so susceptible to the connection marionette string pulls. It is this reason we have a stagnant political "market" nothing fresh... no one fresh. Jus the same rehashed nonsense... there would be greater turnout, and less apathy if voices resembled the voices running, this is a process to and for... and should be by the people as well. We need to hold our parties more accountable for who the present... and where they get these people from... more townhall type venues with real people discussing what is important to them... the RNC stands to have more an inherent value there as they run on accountability [it would be nice to see some of it] but the DNC, would fair as well... because America is not a nutter nation yet... getting there, but not there yet.  This is what I feel will interject new vibrancy into the electorate, instead of the old guard ushering in their elect. This is why what we truly what to get done... doesn't until we do... we cannot complain. They have made the process more complicated than it was designed to be... bureaucracy is the intimidator that both parties can employ. It is also the reason so many don't turn out. They both know this -- which is why the ads are tilted the way they are... to induce or not produce, we need to be smarter and more active than this.

Why Marriage is Under Attack by the Left

I was recently privy to a talkshow here in Los Angeles where in the ranks of the left, they codify their stupidity as status quo. The titled crowed was poised to just bash marriage, but the more intently I listened... in my heart I hear the desperation of what these people was spewing; simply put... misery loves company, and if I cannot find "the one" you aren't... and if you have your "one" we are going to make the environment untenable to remain... one; and any "patchwork orange" that works for us... will suffice.

This sort of virulent and vitriolic prosecution of an institution that predated any form of government, established by a Higher Being that knows more about about our nature because He cursed it. Thomas Jefferson was worried about exactly what the New Jersey Supreme Court had done to their lower circuit coourt ruling the week... and impose their bass-ackwards sense of misguided social urgency on the same-sex union issue. Now in NJ, they have six months to comply with an overstated ruling fromt heir rouge court. NJ's liberal legislature didn't even want same sex unions. How is the court assuming the role of the republican process and inserting the votes of 4 justices over the populous that voted against it? For one; marriage is a threat to the reprobate mind because of its ordination and significance to God. Satan cannot attack God so he attacks what is important to the Almighty. If a union [secular or not] is found to be a loving tightknit unit. This drives satan crazy... so enter the self-indulgent, philosophical mind. Blanketed in humanism... and denial, i.e.; what is good for you may not be good for me. See, God is a very rational and logical Being and to get a chronological affirmation of just how important marriage and its sanctity is to our Creator. We have no further than natural history to verify any institution predating marriage. Where are they? What organized, personally and socially beneficial institution predated marriage? Name it... Here, save your time and hold your breath... you won't find it here on earth.

We are so so incredibly ignorant to our natures, God gave us a little thing called memory... the ability to recall actual events, married [no pun] with our conscience to discern the past from where we stand currently lies the ability to confront, well... mistakes -- or things we have done that were right. But that collective event is called history, and history clearly tells us man cannot commit to others if he cannot to his spouse. No man or woman can commit to an external alliance or circumstance if they cannot demonstrate the character and integrity needed to hold a leadership position if they cannot show commitment to their own family. Why trust a person who is unmarried, unprincipled, immoral, and lawless? They will always project what is important to them for how they want to live their lives but miss the point when it comes to representing those in the electorate who are not living their lives the way this person is. It is tantamount to social hypocrisy... truly do as I say, not as I do. It is this lawless voice that has proposed blasphemous integrations of ungoverned behavior into the arena of marriage that has our human expectations mired in a questonable quandary.  Our natural understanding of something divinely appointed is all a perspective on who we want to receive it... and therein lied the rub, our natural feelings.

A comment I answered was "marriage shouldn't be protected by the law because it is religious" and my first inclination was a bit more... well, natural. But I decided to be just common sense about it and employ the the "Colombo" tactic developed by one of my favorite Apologists Greg Kokul to get at the heart of conventional objections to spiritual questions or issues. So... I just put it out there like this;  I asked him plainly how did he come to the conclusion marriage is actually religious? It was quiet enough to hear a guy rip one in Zecatecas. Then he goes "its all about religion, how can you say its not?" so I asked... what was actually religious? He goes all of it. Soooooo, it was at this time I decided to interject some balance into the conversation and pose the following "How is marriage religious?" so kinda interrupting his sputtering, I added... "its the ceremony right?" and he rifled back" yeah!" so I said to him that is as religious as the marriage gets. I told him the ceremony is not he reason why they get married... they are professing their personal beliefs by the type of ritual they entertain... but [for instance... telling him] your disbelief is a religion as well. It is how you resolve your conscience.. by not engaging it. Many people don't even know that wedding rings are pagan effects that got integrated into the marriage ritual, so secular individuals cannot point fingers; but the ritual or profession is your "will" and as an act of that will... you will do as you please.

Marriage as an institution is the sole growth indicator for a nation, if the birth rate slows so does its pool of labour. So does its creative and productive inspiration... the basic guiding factor in moving a people forward.  The population you have, rooted in a familiar and loving environment that builds character and cherishes life and liberty, a nation is prospered by it. A nation that regards family and values as outmoded, and seeks self gratification and revels in lascivious behavior is a nation that has cast its own demise. We need to recognize that we inherited this nation, we didn't make it ourselves, and our natures are fallen -- and because of that we need to understand that nothing good that can prosper man together, but tear them apart. Philosophizing about coexistence leads to division. Understanding the worst we can be forms us up and reminds us we must fight the very worst impulses to that bring us as a union in to decay... if the home union fails, then we as a nation fails.  The RNC at least understand that fact, and had supported going after rough judges that offer up errant and divisive judgements on critical social and moral issues such as this. It is imperative to gain a foothold on our heritage and values, regardless of your culture -- you as Americans still are integrated into a unique family that respects and cherishes the individual ability to succeed, but understand that came from the total commitment to family and the love it takes to encourage those personal bests to fruition.

October Suprise or Divine Intervention? Jerry Brown May Be Ineligible to Run in California Attorney General Race

I was driving home from the office yesterday, and I heard about 10 seconds of golden information that simply delighted my ears, but had not been able to hear any repeat data on the subject from more mainstream [therefore liberal] media outlets.  Then scouring the web later I had come across information indicating that there is actually a legal issue pressing the matter.  Filed in court was a brief to boot longtime nutter and current Mayor of Raider Nation [aka. Oakland] Edmund "Jerry" Brown off the november ballot, this blogger certainly believes in provident intervention... you couldn't have scripted this better.  Poochigian who's ads are to the point, and devoid of gutter-politics and alternative spin are actually refreshing, his opponent Jerry Brown, his ads are antithetical to common sense if you are running for the states top-cop position advocating law-and order; but we are talking about former-govenor "moonbeam" here... what was I thinking? this is about the in-your-face advocation of [f]law and [dis]order.  Jerry Brown is a flawmaker, not a lawmaker... and certainly won't uphold the moral ones one the books now. Brown's ads are replete with sarcastic and condescending references to opinions that may view abortion and stem-cell "research" as somehow... illogical and out of step with the times. That is pure nutter projection, when you know you stand on the wrong moral side on an issue, all you can do is lie... boldly. His ads do that with a brazen, unmitigated fervor. This man in office would [again] be nothing more than a legal pit-bull for alternative Propositions brokered by the left, if not on the ballot -- then injected by the off-the table liberal assembly.

There are other great races.. but the goveneros race is a lame duck issue, I have a friend and member of my church who is an aide to Senator McClintock now running for the Lt. Govenors office... he will be a great addition.  Apparently in 1998 [according to data supplied by SoCal Pundit.com] to former Mayor Greg Stratton [Rep.] Simi Valley, CA ran for a state office and was challenged and eventually dropped form the ballot because the position required that he be a certified public accountant, to which he was not.  The court ejected him from the race because of his noncompliance with eligibility requirements.  This race is far too important to just not be involved with... Jerry Brown if elected would undermine family values at every turn. The state cannot exist without family... family is not an institution, it is the heart and soul of a nation and those who have views that contrimand familiar values should and must never hold public office.

Cali Politics: Clinton Chimes in for Ads Supporting Prop 87

If there is anything we have to come to learn about William Jefferson Clinton is that whatever it is he indorses usually is bad for America.  California has a small seething battle ensuing over the reflection of Proposition 87, a ballot measure masquerading under the proviso of greener energy development.  If we can all remember Reagan's SDI project... which was a running smokescreen for over indulgent military spending.  This appears to be nothing short of a cash grab for liberals to stay in power. After reviewing the measure... there is no direct accountability for financial discipline.  Now, don't get me wrong with my comments about Reagan, I appreciated his gusto.. but it was pro-defense contractor more that it was pro-America defense. However.. SDI did work, even if it was the threat of a weapon countermeasure. It brought Gorbachev to the table... but all I can see here with Prop 87 is political hedge funding.

Whoever these contractors are... certainly will be grateful with a 4+ billion dollar float to ingratiate whatever candidate or issue they need to get the "word" out on, and covered their bets for them. This smacks of PAC padding... very clever, but they have to know people can see right through this. Diane Fienstien came in support of it. We never see her until it is election time... This is what it is, a no-holds-barred money grab for California consumers to be faced with yet another tax... we already have the most taxed fuel in the nation. Prop 87 simply is the most socially irresponsible legislation in recent memory... almost as bad as SB1437 ABAB606. The left simply doesn't get it, our tax revenues are not up for grabs to support their illicit plans and ideals. In truth Prop 87 is just bad for any environment -- not just California.

Why History Doesn't Bode Well For Liberals in Government

Democrats accuse conservatives of being intolerant, and pursuing military objectives rather than deal with their social agenda. Conservatives say liberals have a penchant for tax-and-spend domestic policy. Who is right? and why are they? Even the tight military grip of ancient Rome had eventually given way to social hedonism when focus waned from preservation of the state to personal debauchery.  At the sunset of the Roman Empire emperor's Tiberius, and Dometian [who basically bankrupted Rome] were principally responsible for Romes demise, then you have Diacletian and Herodius who [the latter] let lifestyle distract him from state duties, depleting the state treasury on homosexual orgies and other nonsense... Rome's fate was sealed.

Since man's nature is fallen, and it only understands fallen deeds as currency... physical force is the thing it respects. It forces you to come to terms with a quickness, and deal with the issue confronting you. Governments with strong military or police presences have out-survived any hedonist state that ever existed. Peace has never been obtained by asking for it, there had always been a blood sacrifice required to both establish and maintain it. The post-modern secular mind approaches governance from the standpoint of moral disarmament. This therapeutic approach to foreign affairs has seen its fair share of quantum failures, starting with WWI and that whole League of Nations, the neo-socialist one-world government idealogy spun into action that upon its dissolution basically threw western Europe into war. The establishment of the United Nations after WWII is nothing short of the exact same thing... with a bit more diplomatic peanut butter smoothed over it.  When socialist minds form governments... they steer away from the ethics of common sense and reason... because principals [to the post modern mind] are religious, and religious is for the weak. This sets them up for two things a) economic border infiltration b) hostile takeover...  Why? because if you are disarmed, its only words; and a war of words can only be had by those who know how to hurl them. In other words... a war of ideals, and may the best ideal win. Which is why true dyed-in-the-wool lefties will never support the military.  All of them have pro-shrink the defense budget mentality. Clinton... only acted when pressured by Republican, other that that -- it was Lewinsky City.

Do you think Hillary Clinton -- Reid, Pelosi, Boxer... Fienstien and Schumer are pro defense? Heck no, look at their immigration record... it is that of a post-modernist, they want to devolve our ecomomy first through over taxation. Our dollar is off the gold standard so it is only a matter of time before our national credit [debt] rating will not allow us to borrow. Then what... war? with no money and no arms. American has been turned upsidedown, from the inside out. Lincoln said something once I though was quite poignant for his day, and I'll try to do it justice by accurately paraphrasing it, but he basically said, "...the shores of this union are so well forded... an enemy could not garner so mush as a cup of water from the Potomac, if this great country is to become undone... it will be from the inside" now you see why that man was president... his wisdom and insight into human nature were almost unrivalled for his day.  Liberals fail with issues during elections because they don't stand for anything other than lifestyle. If you boiled down all of their arguments.. they still pertain to lifestyle, or basically preference over principal. Because accountability had not been in any of their platforms since Carter... they have failed to gain seats. Only through dissolution and lies and they garnered a White House seat, and senate chairs and such. Kerry lost specifically because he and Edwards failed to bring governmental accountability into their forum; won't they ever learn.  The good new is America is starting to wake up to liberal nonsense and are beginning to leave hollywood and its ideals out of the political forum, and back into the closet and theaters where that nonsense belongs.

The ACLU: If We Know What They Are About... Why is it Now We are Just Waking Up to It?

"I am for socialism, disarmament, and, ultimately, for abolishing the state itself... I seek the social ownership of property, the abolition of the propertied class, and the sole control of those who produce wealth. Communism is the goal. ?"

                                                                             -Roger Barton:Founder ACLU

His words are the exact summation of the actions his legion of reprobate legal minions has produced. I can find no difference in his creedo, and their actions historically-- We have ignored the under current of their actions, and now see what price we have had to pay in reclaiming our culture from neo-fascists. I suppose I just wanted you to know what is on the mind of the anti-American, American who uttered that spew.

New Covenant Manifesto: Michael Savage Unveiled His Manifesto for American

In his typical brash, yet eloquent style -- he outlaid a simple yet surprisingly clear plan to rescue America [in his mind] from our current ills... ok from some ills. Some of them I thought were great such as:

  • Outlaw abortion completely with the exception of mother life threatened, and must accompany the opinion of three doctors.
  • Gutting our prisons of illegals costing the average taxpayer millions each year and repatriating them back to their native land.
  • Gradating our tax burden down to 30% in increments of 2% per year until reached.
  • Ban sex and bath houses that allow sex acts.
  • Incentives for child rearing.
  • Closing all unneccessary government offices, in increments.

There were other salient points that I thought he had as well... but they all were certainly a nod. What was the clincher for me -- is that people were convicted in their hearts about how off we have gotten and how many lies we have entertained from the left, and called in weeping; all earnestly soul searching our failures from the left and the right in this country that have us scratching our moral heads.  I wish he had posted it on his site... but alas, all I could find was a link to the Islamofascist beheadings [however pertinent] and a rather unusual spotting of President Bush with Bono, the two together are like Lysol and Weed smoke... go figure?  I got to thinking... about a tax plan of my own. You'll have to let me know what you thing... because my tax plan would include:

  • Establishment of a flat 27% tax rate for all income for 40k per year, including credits for having children and an abolishment of any marriage penalty.
  • 2% annual decrease until 27% is reached.
  • Under 40k per year, 20% flat if married or single in school.
  • Putting our dollar back on the gold standard so families may be able to [with planning] maybe have mom home more because their money buys more, and end this maddening course to bankruptcy our current dollar is on now and it will help stabilize our deficit as well.
  • Reform bankruptcies... changing the categories and implementing a national credit guidelines to keep the free flow of credit being offered, but put a real visual guideline out there so people know what they can and cannot get into, sort of like our daily nutrient allowance. It would include checks and balances such as barring companies from denying you credit on score only. Then offering issuers of nonsecured credit a assurance that is credit [card] is issued, that consumers cannot simply walk away from unsecured debt and that ultimately if in default, as long at that account is issued and open, it must be repaid.. no counseling needed.
  • Simplify tax filing.

These are just a few of my ideas.. I have though long and hard on what I know are issues troubling our society, and to bring back peace and prosperity -- family and family sanctity must reign supreme.  So to me... national education reform, tax reform, and debt management as well as infrastructure reassessement would be top priority to me. What do you think?

California Politics: State Attorneys General Race... Brown vs. Poochigian, Can You Believe Brown's Ad's?

I have seen shameless pandering to special interests in political ads, but not like I have seen in the nutter for California State Attorney Generals office, Jerry Brown.  Like as career lefties... he's a canker worm looking for the next career log to burrow into, unfortunately as attorney general Brown would be in a position with devastating effect to advocate his loon ideals.  As Govenor, he not only lobbied for villainous serial killers to not get their date in the gas chamber [then], be looked over his shoulder when protecting California police by vetoing a bulletproof vest bill. What kind of nutter vetoes protecting the states law enforcement officers?

His ads attempt to paint rival Senator Charles Poochigian as extreme, when it is nothing more than typical liberal counter intelliencia tactics covering their own radical "isms". Electing Brown as Attorney General will in essence be the watch dog for any alternative lifestyle legislation, even what California Voters passed as referendum is not safe from nutters like Brown.  If he wants he can use his office to obstruct justice and referendum, and you know he will, or even worse advocate and advance nutter agenda.  His ad features loon advocates endorsing state sponsored genocide in the form of abortion, and scientific advocation of embryonic stem-cell research aka: science weighing in on the abortion issue -- at any rate. Brown is a blight to any public office, and you have no further than Oakland city mayors office to confirm that, over 700 murders... ok, I know Raider fans are the pits but geez Louise.

North Korea: See What Happens When You Think Right... But Act Left

Ever since Kim Jong Il slithered into office and began besieging our State Department with darn near criminal shakedown "offers", we have had had no shortage of pesky little dictators who see us as weak [partly the reason Al Queda did us in] instead of the normal America I grew up in, where like in the Korean War, or Falklands.. even Noriega. We saw a threat, and did't get mired down in world view political bully-pulpitting, behavioral shaping by means of alternative global policy coercion.

All this blogger is saying is if we know the right way; and we do otherwise, why should we wait to get rinsed off by Presidential cabinet spin-mongers? We need to hold them [our elected] directly repsonsible and act forcefully and loudly so the get the point. trust me nothing works more effectively than public repudiation... Otherwise...

Ex-Foleyate the GOP: Republicans Need to Get A Grip!!!

It would seem on the surface that we are leveling out on this obvious attempt at swaying the outcome of an election from those Clintonista's out there that have a problem getting hints. Those hints are:

  1. The economy is thriving sans attempt by them to dump down the reality.
  2. Unemployment is down over a percentage point over Clinton's era.
  3. Despite conspiracy theorists ignorance of market economies... oil prices are falling.
  4. Clinton is still a liar, the angrier he gets... the more bold faced the lie is... Clinochio!
  5. Gay or not... Foley had GOP integrity and left the office rather than grandstand.
  6. Left or Right, no one wants Pelosi as Speaker... or more appropriately, third in line.
  7. Today's liberals simply cannot govern, if they can't govern themselves... c'mon.
  8. A Gallop and Barna poll showed quite astonishingly that 20's adults favor anti-abortion laws.
  9. Gay marriage is dying the slow agonizing political death it should have from day one.
  10. Leftists cannot lie, and say things were better when it was the other way around. They have infected our social conscience.

There are just a few signs that are slowly emerging that we have slept while we have left out birthright get trivialized and stolen away from us... America's liberals are the Esau's that are the gruff, self-centered... Godless individuals who have an inheritance, but because of their lack of principal over preference, they indulgent self destructive lifestyles of over a concrete foundation of principled empowerment.  They just confuse where the source of the freedom comes from, they believe in the power of the state; insomuch that the state doesn't advocate anything that convicts their behavior. Whereas our founding father knew as we do, instinctively that only way to have life... and have it more abundantly is to base it on deeper, more profound, yet simpler principals.  The GOP needs to show off there record of showing integrity rather that a false sense of political entitlement. When Nixon was busted, it was the GOP that axed him, when Clinton lied under color of authority.. and camera I might add... he should have been impeached and he knows it, but its a sense of perspective that shed light on their integrity.. or lack of it.  Clinton felt he was entitled to stay, we knew he should have been ousted.

As a party, we are too predicable in our staunch and heavy-starched responses. We need to faithful, creative but dead on... I feel the this little incident will do more good for the GOP than it will the DNC,  we have a majority and squandered it. If we never get it back, we knew to acto one our values right then. We men and women of real objective integrity and dedication to the people.. returning the government back over to the people, instead of lobbies and lifestyle agendas. That is my GOP hope...

Republicans: Prick Us Will We Not Bleed? Pt. II

Editorial: Pt. II

Now, in order to establish a platform, you need to have core identifiers that our party members can live and empathize with.  The party of Lincoln were the defenders of the Union. They stood for whatever it took keep the Union together, strong... and prosperous. That means they needed to empower people with:

  • A sense of individual accomplishment, that by their efforts they can achieve whatever what possible by what skill or talents they had.
  • By whatever those means were... to bring your best ideas [in product form] to a common market and provide a living for their families.
  • To defend this arena of good hopes, dreams and values by protecting the law from those how would readily see it replaced by whatever sensual means was the hit parade of the day.
  • Understanding that morals as few and sensible as they are provide far greater freedoms for a multiplicity of citizenry, rather than be bound in a glut of political correctness and muti-cultural hyper sensitivity. We were free to be... you were free to fail... you were free to go as far as you can, insomuch as no one else was victimized, nor harmed or exposed financial [social programs].  That laws based on these time tested immutable characteristics in fact transferred their character to the nation that followed them. America had character at one time...

If the GOP is going to have any relevance to its people it must first identify what commonality binds the party together, and focus on those thing that across the board; centrist... or Neo-con or hickory smoked... that unite the party.  These [from the last 4 elections] have been the single most uniting factors amongst today's self-proclaimed republicans:

  • Strong on national defense, and a offensive, not defensive foreign policy position. A reasonable sized military during peace time with sizeable reserve, in the even we need to move a number of troop on a moments notice... and well stocked cutting-edge arsenal.
  • A pro "average joe" mentality when it comes to things in common that can adversely effect the middle-class, or bind the lower income tiers ability to move to the next level, such as immigration reform.
  • Tax reform, from simple tax schedules to a reduced tax burden for all American, not just the wealthy, although when those who "over have" can use as much of their resources as possible... others do benefit from their mobility. A basic premise of Reagan's "trickle down" economics theory.
  • A strong sense of social conservatism in the judicial and legislative branches of government preserves a nation. Because social conservatives understand the principal dynamic of the equal protection aspect of the US Constitution [being], same law yesterday, same law today... same law tomorrow. i.e., what constitutes a constitutional guarantee... the strongest key in the preservation of the union. Not invalidating moral social values because the conflict with the way a certain groups of people want to live.
  • Understating that we are not a democracy... and that there is no such thing as a "democratic" process. Democracy [Gr. "voice of the people"] means whatever voice is in the majority, is the will of the people. That is not what our founding father intended for us. Knowing the human minds tendency to devolve into chaos, they had the divine wisdom [I believe] to create a built "truth button" in our constitution called the 14 amendment.  No matter how many people want to a thing that may be bad for us as a people, it is what is morally right that wins the day, not mob rules. There is a process within the inner workings of republic, and that a representative government may espouse democratic ideals, but one cannot base a principal on a ideal... its like trying to build a foundation on a cloud; it simply is not going to work. On the other hand, it is far simpler to base principals and ideals of fairness and self-reliance, and social equality on top of them.
  • Education; knowing that an intelligent, independent body politic is a prosperous one. Not a dependant one... bound by state sponsored means.
  • The sanctity of life... period.

These are from what I have observed form the last several elections to have been strong mitigating factors in preserving the unity of the party. Regardless of what other ideological or socioeconomic differences may have driven a wedge between the rank-and-file would be conservative. There has always been those factors as a common bond... now what I have found interesting is the shift in female and black voters turning to the republican party for answers. Of these female voters... financial issues were not the driving factors in their participation. Both Gallop and Barna and had studies out in the last 3 to 5 years that [in part] suggest that female votes do in fact care about sanctity of life issues, which runs sharply against the NARAL and Move on people's "clouded" insinuations. Immigration and tax reform, and the death penalty were major factors for them as well.

For urban black voters... it is the sudden realization that they actually hold more southern, conservative social values... but are just inundated with attacks from the left with socialist pacifiers, or dividing a greater wedge economically to keep them away from the polls, or when they do go... they run to the democrats. The more balanced voices in the black community are voting republican or libertarian in greater numbers.  The republican party would do well to learn to keep to issues that have nothing to do with culture... and lifestyle, and focus on family values.  Learn to spin the lefts' "quality of life" ideology from one of forced acceptance of alternative lifestyle to clarity of what brings us together as a people, regardless of cultural or religious opinion.  If they can do that... and mine the pan for the lightning rods of imbalance due to agenda, moral or otherwise. Cleanse the party its over active lobby presense and try to not treat the Fed light a pork trough and that alone for starters would go a long ways to guard up the drifters that can cost a party a solid base for their ideals. These are just a few observations that I have noticed of late... I invite you comment or better offer your opinions at to what would help the party form up a more solid base.

Today's Republican Party: Prick Us Will We Bleed? or Bend With The Reeds?

Editorial: Part I

As a blogger, I suppose I have seem a great many things in my day... some good, some bad. As a follower of Christ, I can definitely say you see changes when your heart changes. When I was college age, I didn't what most college agers do with their youth -- waste it. Not to say most of my college years were spent as such, but one has to be intellectually honest when giving a self introspective appraisal; and mine was spent like most of my age groups -- dodging bullet, and reloading a few myself. Oddly enough, as you grow older, one become inherently more conservative, i.e. you take fewer risks. It is all apart of the way The Almighty wired us. So, is it any surprise since the early sixties America has gone through a moral free fall? In the this sliver of time between the outset of the Korean War and the return of our troops from Vietnam, our great country had been infected with a plethora of incommunicable social diseases, namely for one... rebelion.

It was a great plan these Plato hypnotized, humanistic, coffeehouse philosophers came up with that would simultaneously bring out country to a screeching halt and open out doors to just the sort of nonsense that is going on right now. There were a handful of self destruct buttons that initiated a sequence of events that helped in this bloggers opinion to user in a tidalwave of confusion... as to the leftist; if they attack one social institution, moral authority can fight and put down one attack... These big-brained cubby-hole politicians have engraved American social conscience with the exact thing it needs to be its own end. Today's democratic party is not the same democratic party of the late 50's and 60's... but however; neither is today's republican party. We have suffered several events in my opinion that have set American on a runaway train for a social nightmare of biblical proportions. We had:

    1. Not let McCarthy finish his prophetic internal rooting out of communists [ACLU... and a host of others]. The focus was correct to focus on un-[American]constitutional activities. There were plenty...
    2. Not taken US currency off the gold standard... we are suspending debt on the belief that out currency will be what we say it is, over know what we know its actually worth... may consumables would be far more affordable such as, oil... interest rates would be a little higher, but our dollar would by almost twice what it does now... the excuse that it would hurt our exports is full of new mowed dog pucky!!! We discourage foreign investment on out banks because our dollar is a precarious suspension of perceived debt. The minute a country doesn't think out dollar is worth what we claim it is... they stop investing. That fragility is a heartbeat away in our financial markets, and we don't' even know it. It doesn't matter how high our market indexes are, we have moved our currency off what other countries [regardless of trade status] can use in any case. Gold is gold, period... our dollar is what we say it is worth.. and right now America's talk is pretty cheap.
    3. The Constitutional abomination known as Brown vs. Board of Education... it allowed an outside noncontinuation reference to be applied as relevant by a former KKK member.. activist as Judge... Justice Black. Using personal correspondence from a former president... nothing official, nor state to render a stare decisis decision set in motion [what the left cannot help but do... get so close to the truth.. without actually having to be true] a flurry or tests on the clarity of our constitutional back bone to see what will benefit our union, or destroy it. That precedent has been the drop of oil the extreme liberals have used to slide for a generation on. It should have been wiped up a long time ago...
    4. Because of Brown vs. Board of education... we have had a constant influx of radical interpretations of our law. Now, knowing the democratic party is not the party that runs on a platform moral clarity.. nor accountability. They have systematically rooted out any voice that even balanced. Kinda like kinds on a playground... all you hear are like voices in a din of unadulterated play, until they hear a voice that [oddly enough] doesn't quite sound like their own. The pitch, the timbre... well, sounds just a little tempered, even repsonsible... one might even call it authoritative. Well.. that is all it takes for the children who wanna have an eternal play date to keep on egging on the ones who have hear the voice of reason, to call them into accountability, and like the scurrilous rebels they are, they simply ignore authority and reason... and try to find loop-holes to keep playing. what did they do? they infested out education system and turned reasonable teaching inside out. Wrong is right, and good it intolerant.
    5. They own our free [?] airwaves... they are the megaphone that for the mouse who roar as a lion, for that .05% of our population that actually believes it is more than that. Comfortable that in their humanistic appraisal of man's inability to resist conditioning... they have projected images that simply put, run against the grain of out established values, and best social conditions that provide a real future for the body politic.

Those few steps have codified a ailment in this country that is rendered us as a people almost incapable of choosing a rooted, more disciplined approach to governance and foreign policy as they fear authority. They fear swift righteous and just ajudication and correction. So rancid is their hatred of family, and need to protect shameful behavior and have its perceptions be neutralized... that they will look you right in the face and tell you wrong is right, and right is wrong; utterly destroying any vestige of normalcy so they may present their twisted "fresco" of America; from a distance [which is is all they want you to view them from...] we have out acts together, but up close and intimately... they have bits and pieces of the more socially and morally destructive nonsense to supplant what we know is needed to actually have a peaceable union.

They don't' care... but, how have the republicans helped? In their course of party building, they have factored themselves in to a rift that still has not corrected itself. In the 84' - 90 elections we had the GOP at war with itself over values over money, that is still the rift today, the defenders of the union, and the dollar bill atheists. How much antipathy can you thing the electorate can be bred before you loose your base entirely? The dems in in far less danger of loosing their base than the republicans because republicans don't know in which what "God We Trust"... if we don't have a core of immutable values that bind a nation together, we will fall apart in millions of pieces, and the world will have what they want of America. A dead one... one whom they felt was sneering from afar as we were blessed for being the only nation of the planet to honor God's Word by trusting It to hold us all together... we were perfectly positioned in history to have learned for many social failures of societies that put culture first rather then unity through self sufficiency, faith.. and community. We are falling apart because we have been lied to about what our true history is... we have been lied about to what our birthright is... and if we don't put a stop to it, this nation will hit the ground hard.
